| Fought foot issues and had expensive custom orthotics for years.
I bought a pair of Hoka tennis shoes for casual wear and a pair of Hoka hiking boots for work. They were life changing. My feet quit hurting immediately whether at work or play. The hiking boots only lasted about 3 months in the shop but I was willing to pay the price 4 times if that is what it took. I ended up buying a new pair of Red Wing boots for work and haven't had any foot issues since and it has been 7 years. I buy new boots every 2 years and I wear them 6 days a week on average. The Hoka tennis shoes I buy every few years and they hold up well.
If your ever at the hospital, observe the shoe nurses wear and the vast majority wear Hoka shoes.
