Spread the payments over enough years of working for free and you’ll end up with bad knees and a paid for worn out hog barn

There are much better things for young ambitious people to invest their time and money into than a hog barn to custom feed in. 



Here idk if $750 a pig space would build new barn & infrastructure (sandwich wall, power vent,auto gen. + everything else)

Best offer I have heard is $64 cdn. per pig space yr. .... 5% interest 37.50 , taxes $2.50 , power & water $10+, ins. pigs/building $ 5....leaves $9 for principal & wages

...........now way back in 1998 cost $200 pig space & you got paid $50 pig space/yr.
