deep SW On. | +1 ,idk were farming will end up but the guys not paying big rents and acres paid for are doing fine.Just may not be as many Lake homes and Plantimun pkps.
I am sure its same in Mi. , here land starts at $20k and goes up to $50k.... Either you have a lot of $$ or betting on inflation to me it cannot be justified today
Can slide along but with competition for land and what ones are paying its hard to expand a land base, then add on inputs,machinery...even with our cheap cdn. $$ | |
