Try to read the labels,many of the lesser grades are smoothed out by RV antifreeze,,98% of the fake vanilla(vanillin) is propylene glycol.WHY?,,,CHEAP.and it has a smooth mouth feel.Not for flavor or the good chocolates would add real vanilla which none do that I know of.
