Just add the cart cost to the combine cost if you don’t want to combine without the cart.
Itemized billing for the cart and tractor is idiotic if you won’t combine without the cart.
Do you add an itemized charge for using Autosteer or auto header height? What about the lights on the combine? None of that stuff is free you know.
