As dry as it is now,
It should scour relatively easily.
In this day and age,
Why would anyone want to use a plow?
Either organic weed control, or chemical resistant weed control, or building terraces back up, or mixing sand/clay together. Killing alfalfa, etc. plenty of reasons.
