Atwood, ON | Looking to possibly grow small reds next year. Does anyone out there have experience growing them? I'm in Southwestern Ontario. I've been growing Navies, Blacks, and Adzukis but always enjoy the challenge of something new. Do they yield similar to Navies and Blacks? We've been getting in that 3000 lbs range the last few years. The contract pricing is higher on them than Navies or Blacks so I'm wondering if they yield less or if they are more difficult to grow or harvest? Any thoughts from those with experience would be appreciated! Thanks! | |
