Northern Indiana | The SimBase sim cards are most likely the issue, unfortunately.
Ohio's RTK network is the only one I have an issue connecting to with SimBase sim cards - I have a few customers running the Ohio RTN via a CloudBase modem on Deere StarFire receivers that don't always connect. You should have better luck with a sim cards from Data Activation center - although it sounds like their Verizon sims still sometimes have issues, best get one only on ATT
I wonder if Ohio has very aggressive security settings that sometimes inadvertently block some IP address ranges on certain services/carriers
