Lol. The overall mindset of not stumbling over something stupid like how much fuel my combine uses has made me far more money than it has cost me. I didn't worry about the cost of the tanks that allowed me to get transport loads of fuel and fertilizer either. There are costs to getting things done. Their are rewards for getting things done and not plinking around. Our combines are using more fuel per acre the last week because we are hogging through high yielding beans that still have green leaves hanging on them. If they are a bit wet they are going into the bin for a few days of air. If they are perfect moisture they are going straight to the elevator. Sometime soon the beans will either be 9% moisture or the ground too wet to cut them. I don't have money to burn to sit and wait for my combines to use less fuel. I am pretty sure your brand wouldn't even work in the conditions we are pushing ours through.
