Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | In my case I have more than one InCommand 1200. I would do a complete backup on the one I'm using which might be a good idea in your case anyway. I would swap in another InCommand 1200 and do a restore from the USB stick. If the problem goes away then the first InCommand would be suspect. If the problem remains then the problem is elsewhere.
The process would be the same if you are have or are able to borrow a second Integra.
