I don’t have those issues. I hotspot either a tablet (android) or my iPhone. iPhone on Verizon. Use Iowa CORS network. Has worked fine on 1200 and my GO16.
Maybe something in the NTRIP settings on the go16 that isn’t quite right or the same as when you your phone as ntrip client?
