West TN | Would get a laptop hooked up and monitor rail psi. Should be around 5k psi +/- while cranking over , if you don’t have rail psi then it could be a supply issue or injector stuck open or relief valve open and draining the rail psi neither are a easy fix , there is a temp sensor in the fuel filter on side of the engine can put gauge there and should have 75ish psi while cranking over ,the pressure is at filter is feeding the high pressure pump and should be building rail psi unless the above statement is true | |
