| Usually they are up to then top of the rim, can put less in, we bought a tractor that was mounted tubless with fluid in it, then it needs to be over the rim so air does not get to the rim. One fall ground was very dry and hard it started seeping on the bead a bit, then dad hit something so replaced the original tires that were about 20 years old by that time with radials, washed the rims up thourghly, put tubes in dry and on our merry way.
