I use the same as new potatoes, wash good and boil, eat skin and all, or just pick some off. Just a little butter and sea salt and pepper. Bigger ones, I just bake in oven, butter, sea salt and pepper or a little salt free seasoning from Dollar Tree. Cut in half and mash a little with fork....James
