SW Illinois
our 175 takes 30 minutes to push a pig through a mile of 6inch. Thats after 30 minutes of just air to get 90% of the manure out.

The custom manure crew used to use a 250, upgraded to a 750 this year on their 2-4 miles of 8 inch. They have a little more urgency getting to the next job, probably send a pig through their lines every other day on average.

I would think a 250 is plenty for the yearly winterizing.
