WC Ohio | If you run the AMC the moisture checker gets turned all the way down. We have a similar setup and I have always been happier running it on manual and just using the AMC to watch the temp of the grain. I have turned my moisture checker up to 110 now. The moisture checker will shut discharge down if the corn is too cool.
Definitely need to start in manual and get it adjusted before trying to turn it to auto. I would have to look at the door of the dryer but I believe when you first fill it, it is 8 min at 180 for 1% removal 7 min at 200 and 6 at 220 plenum temp. If much over 21% I go to 220 degrees. | |
