| I did what you are thinking of. I bought that kit minus the tablet and the Keya steering motor from the site this spring. The mark up on the motor is pretty steep and you can buy them direct on aliexpress. My brother in law bought a kit from Poland and now matter the setting the tablet starts in polish every time. There are lots of them available on ebay from the States.
Once I got the tablet to link with the control board, the system was not bad to figure out and performed extremely well. There are a lot of videos on YouTube to help with the start up. I planted several hundred acres of soybeans with it steering a Deere 4240. Rtk accuracy, automatic u-turns for under $2,000 with no annual subscription.
I'm moving it to my Steiger ST325 for fall tillage. It is a great system.
