I know that the Flagship air intake isn't perfect but this sure seems like a fix so you don't have to fix something else (that needs fixed).  Have you taken the aspirator tube that goes to the muffler off and cleaned it out?  Checked the venturi box (especially on the 20 series)?



I don’t have air filter problems. Going west for a mile in 30mph south winds wraps the chaff around the side for too long and it gets behind. Half mile rounds are fine since it gets cleaned off more often. It’s just the outer screen that gets overwhelmed and it sure sounds like this kit may fix that. Sucks the air from up top and some guys put an extra lip on top edge to keep chaff from sliding up and falling in.
