Knowing the engine load isn’t of much use on a combine in a crop/yield scenario where the clean grain elevator is almost guaranteed to be the limiting factor.
If in good condition, the clean grain elevator on a 1660 was good for about 1500-1600 bph in dry corn. I believe that the 2166 used the same size elevator as a 1660 but it runs a little faster so you might be good for maybe 1800-2000 bph flow rate or so.
