West Union, IOWA FLOLO Farm 52175 | Thanks,I figured if I'd went on top of the pivot we'd had the fender bouncing like a dog waggin it's ears? & If I'd went under the pedastal I'd had to add a spacer and adjust the fender down... Plus I'd had to put a drop in it & this way they're only a half inch higher the OEM. The way it is it's solid and no give where the Pivot rubber mounts.
The bottom flat is 1/2x4 with half in holes, If I'd do another--I think I'd try a piece of angle peaked up,mainly for looks-- but I don't know if I'd get the stiffness I got out of the 1/2x 1 1/2 standing on end.(I don't know if that shows clearly)
When the paint is dry,I can snap some better pics if needed....The only thing I 'really' screwed up on was I forgot my original fronts were at 64.....so I had to move the pedastal on the bottom back in 2 inches(move 4 bolts)
