What confuses me is when these mega sites get built all at once with every bell and whistle available. They approach or exceed $10/bushel. Bins pay but it be hard for me to spend that kind of money. But if one has the money to build it, much like these mega shops, more power to them. We like to be in a position to buy land if it happens to come up for sale close to us.
