| What good faith have the republicans shown to show they would negotiate on this. Furthermore the republicans can open of government whenever they want. Just 3 weeks ago they bypassed filibuster rules to approve 70 nominees in mass because they were needed for government to operate. It seems if they can bypass for that, they should be able to deem a government shutdown as a worthy means to again bypass the filibuster. | |
