Targeted tariffs are a tool used by almost every nation including the US and every Ameri an President has used them. Broad blanket tariffs are stupid policy. The US has run economic circles around every country that has used broad tariff policy. Does that answer your question? In short, some nations are very mismanaged and the US has been kicking butt comparatively for a long time.
No reason to go to China
