As far as selling their (China's) products somewhere else, they don't need to. We'll just keep buying their products but at much higher prices due to tarriffs. Look at any piece of Deere or other mfgr 's equipment (planter, combine etc) and count how many parts say "made in China". It is physically impossible to bring most of those parts back and make them in the USA for years. Maybe shift some from China to Korea or India but similar tariff issues and the whole situation may change quicker than you can get the parts from somewhere else. So China will continue selling parts to US manufacturers, we will all just pay more due to tarriffs. It will take years of a stable trade situation before American manufacturers invest billions in new facilities such as automated foundries required to bring parts currently sourced from China, India, Korea, etc back to the USA at competitive prices. And China laughs all the way to the bank.
