At the end of the whole "Capitalists should be freeeeeeee" deal. You get - Russia today. Or some version of it. A country ruled by Oligarchs where the population is pretty much impoverished. Much of the country still doesn't have functioning sewer systems. Regulated capitalism is great for the masses. Unfettered Capitalism will result in - something else.
