| The SE is a big area but there are decent yields so far here (corner of FL, GA, AL). There will also be some really good yields in spots. We had just enough rains across the area during the main summer time and then dry weather the last 5 weeks. Cotton that didn't have jassid pressure developed fine and has defoliated good.
Our bigger major concern is the jassid and looks to be a real challenge for 2026. The economic pressure on cotton will dictate the least acres possible for sure. | |
