3 things to try
1. Good old turn it off and turn tractor off
2. Have you recalibrated the touch screen
3. Is it very hot ? I had issues with super slow screen on a Incommand600 and it was because the cab didn't have aircon and it was 40 degrees outside and it was too much for it.
I would say run a software update but dont think integra's are supported anymore
