Thx Tank for chiming in.
And yes it does have a little to do with location. In this area it's usually HRS sold on Minneapolis futures.
So if cash was $21 the futures were higher than that even tho I was specifically told futures had never been over $14.
And I find it hard to believe Mpls futures were $21+ but Chicago was never over $14.
