Same here. For years figured at least one bout of pretty bad cold during winter and not uncommon two. Usually a week long pretty sick at a time, If I do get a cold now usually just a minor sore throat or cough for a day or two and it goes away (first symptoms I take a dose of the product that is not supposed to work for anything but horses - take it for a couple of days along with quercetin, zinc/copper and vitamin C) . Amazing what getting rid of excess foods that produce sugar in the blood did for us.
