So about $1000/ acre with well if new and $30/ac/year if I am reading you all right.
Tile around here is $500-700 per acre systematic on 40-45 ft centers depending on mains installed. Probably average 25% better crops, much more if a wet year. However, the best part is very little up-keep, zero maintenance on new systems. | |
