Not to mention all the flaring that gets done in the Bakken. Turn that into NH3. There's been numerous proposals to do do in ND but they never get past the planning and approval stage

Seriously. To claim there is still mass flaring means one is either blind or wants to get into a fight, or has never been to the area.
