SW WI | Bringing back USAID help? Instead of picking winners and losers spread the money across the farming industry, wheat, beans, cotton etc etc. I don't know if few billion spent would lift the market enough? Aside if some of the grain is bought and shipped would it not alleviate some of the storage problems? I really dont know. I dont know how many billions need be spent to lift the grain markets, some of you might have a idea though.
