| In the last few years North Dakota has had 2 soybean processing plants open and they will take a good chunk of ND soybean production. I think its around a 1/3 but I don't remember for sure. The problem on reliance on 1 market has been seen for years and thus the production plants being put in place, but that all takes time. South Dakota has Mitchell coming on line. Some people also just don't understand what -20 to -40 is like, then add in a 20+ mph wind and it is not just a inconvenience it is deadly. | |
