Anderson County Kansas | At least land will provide some return. This is the main reason I don't see much if any correction in land prices. There is too much money looking for hard assets. Also look at the money made in the stock market the last few years. Joe Hunter retires, what better place to use his retirement savings than a place to hunt, fish, camp on. Even better if there is some tillable to pay the property taxes and build a cabin. Then you have guys that have just made a lot of money who are looking for a place to put it that's not just paper. | |
