Long run, yes. Would take some time to develop new exports. Bailout money needed to bridge the gap in the meantime.
Like someone posted on another thread, might be better to just buy up the surplus and dump in the ocean or better yet, grind them beans up and use for fertilizer maybe bringing the price of fertilizer down a little too.
