How do you adjust land values? Not exactly something the government can do. If land value is dropped in half every Tom, Dick and Harry in the world would be out here buying farms for game reserves.
Govt has been inflating land values for decades. Including funding the purchase of every Tom Dick and Harry’s private hunting preserve.
