Nebraska aka the boondocks | Isn’t it interesting, the govt could buy up all the soy carry for $3billion, make it disappear, send prices to the moon and save a fortune. Wild and crazy but true. What is really going to happen is the question. Multiple outlets have reported the ccc only has $4billion with no mention of some transfer. Congress is out to lunch to approve anything, and usda has had 10 months to get the sdrp and ecap finished up, approved and funded long ago. Maybe if they had wrapped that up, there wouldn’t be cries for more! Frankly I wouldn’t get too excited about anything until you see the whites of their eyes. Or maybe and perhaps not allowable, the rest of the sdrp money is relabeled as soybean aid .
