| I bought this Char-Broil commercial series Infrared grill about 9 months ago and I love it. The infrared heating works great, this grill makes the best meat I've ever had and I've never seen cooked meat with as much juice in it as what the infrared provides. The infrared is fast, decent sized pork chops or steaks cook in 10-12 minutes without flare ups or the outside burning. It takes a few times to get used to how the infrared cooks compared to a standard grill but I really love the results. | |
