Roseglen, North Dakota		Govt payments do not all go directly into the land price/rent.
There's other sizeable inputs like seed, fertilizer, and chemical.
Many producers have operating loans that have to be paid back.
Many guys wdnt have gotten an opng loan in 25 if not for the last sizeable payment.
