payments were limited to owned acres. You only get paid on acres where your name is on the deed. That would put a damper on rent and investors bidding up farm ground. Personally, it would hurt myself a little, I only own a third of my acres and my owned acres are in hay.
Great idea. Then all the large owner will become farmers. How. Custom everything. By who? large grain elevator or suppliers. cut out the middle man renter......
So maybe not such a good idea.:( |
