He has stated this multiple times and been corrected each time, must lack the capacity to understand it.
Liberals lack the mental capacity to understand anything that covers more than a 60 minute timeframe.
Nevermind something nearly a decade in the making.
It’s why they get so hung up on what happens during any particular administration and completely ignore the setup from the previous admin, both good and bad.
