So what are you for with respect to the Caribbean, South and Central American counties?

Open US border?
Covert ops changing governments in the respected countries?
Sending each of them $20 billion like Argentina?
Giving non-citizens benefits equal to US citizens?
Requiring all income made by non citizens to remain in country?
Many other potential “fixes” at your convenience?

What was occurring pre-Trump was not sustainable and I would argue in some respects inhumane as well. Some people assume they entered the land of milk and honey when in fact many just encountered a different hell.(slavery/indentured servitude, drug trade, sex trade, pedophilia trade, etc.)
