West Central, MO | Lol. Well, draining the "swamp" isn't an option because this is also a duck club. I don't know much about tiling, but I'm not sure tile would help in our heavy soils much anyway?
Plus, there were several times that even tiles wouldn't have helped. This farm is completely surrounded by levees. And while these levees keep the flood waters out, the water can't drain anywhere when the river's up on the other side of the levee's. Field drainage isn't a real big issue anyway.
