Illinois | I have a Weber stainless gas grill and a Traeger also. If someone knows of a gas grill that does not flare up I'm all ears. I read that a weber wouldn't flare up but that is certainly not the case with me. Leave that thing for 2 minutes and it could all be over. I like the Traeger for pork and chicken but not really for beef. I've cooked steaks on it and they don't taste right. I think it needs a higher heat setting to get it to sear the meat. I'm no expert by any means so I look forward to a lot of replies. | |
