Modena, Wisconsin | With the drill you have I would put on SI belt meters and you will be able to plant at about the same pop as a planter on 15's because you have good population control. That drill will notil into most any conditions very close to what a planter would do, certainly close enough to not spend money to buy a different planter. If really looking at good upgrade for the money I would move to a newer combine like a 9600. You can probably find one for about the same money as a 9500 and have more capacity. Your 7720 should have plenty of capacity for your acres but for the money I think that would be the best spent for productivity. | |
