| From my sources, effective sept 30, cut back by medicare for
Televisits, but mental health, end stage renal..and several others impacted.
This started in covid...but we discovered it was a good thing
That made care easier for both patient and dr.
My mom was briefly on the medicare homebound programs
..where many of her drs did televisits...many over 100 miles away...one way...it was very benefical...she is much better now...and the televisits did not cost medicare any more than office visit.
