| Sounds like your auto tightened isn’t working correctly. It needs greased regularly. You are also supposed to run the cylinder speed all the way from fast to slow at least once a day to help keep grease in the auto tightener jaws. We didn’t know that on our old 9600. We started having issues with the belt slipping much too easily. It took a lot of greasing and many times back and forth with the cylinder rpm before it worked correctly again. | |
