Subject: RE: Question for the Hydraulic Schematic Experts

Missouri
i studied the diagram some more if rv1 has failed it has the ability to dump the out from the pump to the suction . reliefs are normally a check in reverse flow but can fail . look and see if rv2 is the same cartridge if so put your old one in place of rv1 , a piece of debris smaller than a hair can play havoc with cartridge valves .the sequence valve's spool is forced open when the pressure on the return to pump intake exceeds a pre set pressure (if i can read it around 60 psi ) combining both pump flows to the motors on the right side of the print and dropping back out to keep the adapter motors functioning when the flow diminishes . i would still say you would want to know the pump will supply enough force to run the system before buying a bunch of cartridges i am not completely sure of rv1 intended propose i hope i have helped you bryan
