Little River, TX | In Thailand the kids just ran around with a shirt on, no bottoms. & no big deal. At least from that is how it looked from the road.
Summer time is almost here, just give the slow learner a nice pen in the shade. Use a hose for cleaning if needed.
I believe being around other kids that have learned to be house broken has a positive effect. The other kids probably will think of an appropriate nick name.
