Replaced fuse 29 in the under hood fuse box?, no power on either side of fuse with key on and parking lights on? Looks like fuse is down circuit of the relay,so may have to have key and lights on to power fuse. Relays labeled in fuse box?,could you swap with another one? Short in trailer lamp wiring and body control module has shut down the circuit to prevent frying something.
